Wholesale Policies

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

• Opening order: $150 minimum

• Reorders: $100 minimum

2. Wholesale Discount:

• Wholesale pricing is typically 50% off retail (e.g., a $20 product is $10 wholesale)

• Discounted tier pricing available for bulk orders (e.g., 100+ units)

3. Payment Terms:

• Payment due in full before shipment

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, business bank transfer

• Net 30 available for approved accounts after 3 consistent orders

4. Lead Time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days

• Custom or large orders (100+ units) may require additional time

5. Shipping:

• Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and calculated at checkout or invoiced separately

• Free shipping on wholesale orders over $500

6. Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged

• Claims for damages or errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery

7. Marketing & Branding:

• All Inner U Beauty products must be sold under the original brand name unless private labeling is approved

• We provide digital marketing assets upon request (product photos, descriptions, etc.)
