DELIVERY

 

Delivery is available in Gwinnett County, GA within a 30-mile radius of Grayson, GA. There is a $15 delivery fee. Delivery will be confirmed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

 

SHIPPING

Goods are shipped within 3-5 business days from the day you place an order to purchase the goods. If you do not receive a shipping notification after the 6th day please email us directly regarding your order. If it is determined that it has not been shipped, you may receive a refund, per the refund policy.

Goods are sent by USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or any other local post within the USA or abroad. We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have shipped your order along with your tracking information.

Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address presented in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.

​

All goods must be signed for and/or received on delivery by an adult aged 18 years old or older. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be placed in the shed or similar place provided you have given us permission to do so when ordering.

​

All goods left in such a location are left at your risk. When your goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly.

Inner U Beauty reserves the right to deliver the goods in whole or in installments, as well as to deliver prior to the date for delivery and, in such an event, the customer must not refuse to take the delivery of the goods.

​

If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

If we are not able to successfully deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.

​

Some bulk orders and/or packages are so large and heavy that delivery times may be slightly longer. Time for delivery specified on the order, if any, is provided as an estimate only.

​

If there is an issue or damage to your order upon receipt please notify us immediately (within 3 days) so we can contact the carrier and issue you any refunds or replacements as neccesary.

Free shipping on orders over $75. Use code FREESHIP at checkout.  Purchasing 3 or more products will maximize our shipping potential and shipping costs as well as your overall satisfaction. So please keep that in mind when ordering 1 small item.

Pick-up is available for Georgia residents.

We are happy for you to pick up your order from our on-site location. Due to specific COVID-19 guidelines and requirements, an appointment is required in advance and payment must be received before pick up.

​

Inner U Beauty and the customer will collectively arrange a pick-up date and time. The customer must within 5 business days of being notified of the date and time, pay the balance of the invoice price before pickup.

​

Pickup date and location will be confirmed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Pick-up day and time must be Monday-Friday between 7 am - 7 pm and Saturdays and Sundays between 8 am-4 pm.  If those hours do not work, we can make other arrangements to ship your products.

If you pick up your order from our on-site location then:

• We will not be able to assist you with loading heavy items;

• Goods will be placed in a no-contact pick-up area at the time of your scheduled pick-up; (More details provided at the time of request)

• Goods are at your risk from the moment they are picked up from our on-site location;

• You agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you take possession of the goods, both on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.

You may incur a restocking fee if you fail to pick up your order according to the assigned date and time. Please notify Inner U Beauty within 24 hours if you are unable to make your scheduled pick-up.

 

Without notifying Inner U Beauty within 24 hours, you will incur a $10/daily fee for each day you fail to pick up your order.
